This damage protection does not cover the replacement cost of a garment, late fees or lost item. For example, if there is major tear not on the seam, nail polish and/or major pulling. You will be charged the replacement cost. This accidental damage protection fee covers a repair or specialist cleaning cost up to $120 worth. The damage protection cost is based off a percentage of the garment RRP. This damage wavier is non-refundable. If you cancel your order, you will be given the store credit which includes the the damage protection fee.
