Shipping policy

Garments are all posted with overnight courier delivery (non signature). There is also another postal bag inside the package which is what you will send your garment back in. It’s important that you send the rental back the following business day after your event. A $15 fee will be charged for any late rental. The rental gets posted within the week you are renting your garment. You will be able to track the rental once it has been sent to you. After your event, all you need to do is return your item back to us. We require you to put the garment inside the pre-paid NZ Post courier bag addressed to us, and drop it over the counter, at your nearest New Zealand Post Office by 4PM, the next business day after your event, to ensure it is received by the specified return date. Your rental can be returned on Tuesday after a public holiday. 
Make sure to drop off your Garment directly to the NZ Post office to avoid a late fee of $15 (no drop off boxes).

For pickups we will communicate to you through email about what time you will be picking up the garment. Pickups will be available in Hamilton. With drop offs you will still be charged a $15 fee for any late rental. You are expected to drop the rental off the day after your event.
