Refunds & Cancellations Policy

Once your booking has been placed and paid for, all rentals are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, no longer needing the garment, incorrect sizing, or if you simply don't like how it fits. Store credits are offered for eligible cancellations before your order has been sent out. If your order has already been posted, we are unable to offer a store credit if you decide to cancel.

We are more than happy to provide size guides and garment measurements before you book, however size guides come directly from the designer and aren't always 100% accurate. If you're unsure, we highly recommend booking a try-on appointment at our Newstead, Hamilton studio before placing your rental. We do not offer postal try ons.

If you receive your garment and believe it isn't in the condition described, please email us info@dressrentalsbyneish.com within 24 hours of receiving it with clear photos of the issue so we can look into it.

If we are unable to send your booked garment due to damage from a previous hire, or if NZ Post fails to deliver your parcel in time for your event (excluding late bookings), we'll work with you to organise a replacement, back up option, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

As outlined under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, businesses are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind, your circumstances change, or you find the item elsewhere at a cheaper price.

If you placed an order after our cut off time (3pm on Wednesday) it is classified as a late order. These are placed at the customers own risk and no refund or store credit will be issued if the garment doesn't arrive in time.
