Can I bring friends and family to my try on?
Yes of course you can, you're welcome to bring up to 4 people with you. The try on room is very spacious so there is plenty of room.
Do you offer postal try ons? 
No sorry at the moment I do not offer postal try ons but i am happy to send you measurements and dress material information.
How do I book a try on?

If you need longer than 45 minutes please book two slots.
Do I wash the garment before I return it to you?
No thank you, cleaning is included in the rental price. If there are major stains or damage a cleaning or replacement fee will be sent to your email.
What do I do if I have damaged or stained the garment?
Firstly, please communicate with me immediately so we can sort this out. If the damage or stain is not fixable you will be charged the full price to replace this garment. 
I can't find my tracking number? 
Please make sure to check your spam and junk folders as sometimes it can end up there, if you're still unable to find it please contact me and I will resend the tracking number.
What if the garment arrives and does not fit?
Dressrentalsbyneish take no responsibility for the rental not fitting or suiting you so there will be no refund and must be returned.
