Accidental Damage Protection

Our accidental damage protection is available for all rentals.

By selecting this protection option, you're covering any accidental damage that has occurred to the garment during your period of hireage up to $120.


This damage protection does not cover the replacement cost of a garment, late fees or lost item. For example, if there is major tear not on the seam, nail polish and/or major pulling. You will be charged the replacement cost.


This accidental damage protection fee covers a repair or specialist cleaning cost up to $120 worth.


The damage protection cost is based off a percentage of the garment RRP.


This damage wavier is non-refundable.

If you cancel your order, you will be given the store credit which includes the the damage protection fee.

IMPORTANT NOTES: Please be very mindful when wearing this piece the material is very delicate. Specialist cleaning cost will be charged in the event of major staining. There is slight tape residue marking on the inside. It is not sticky just a slight mark.

Lift it up when walking outside, refrain from wearing bracelets or bags that may pull on the material. Avoid any sort of nail glue, polish or ink. Hang the dress up.
