When booking your rental please book for one day before your event for the start date. For example if your event is on the Saturday please book for the Friday. This calendar system takes into account for postage time. Your return date is the next following working day after your event.

Please select the exact date of your event. The return date is the following day after your event. Rental extensions are available if requested prior to pick up.

Accidental Damage Protection

Our accidental damage protection is available for all rentals.
By selecting this protection option, you're covering any accidental damage that has occurred to the garment during your period of hireage up to $120.

This damage protection does not cover the replacement cost of a garment, late fees or lost item. For example, if there is major tear not on the seam, nail polish and/or major pulling. You will be charged the replacement cost.

This accidental damage protection fee covers a repair or specialist cleaning cost up to $120 worth.

The damage protection cost is based off a percentage of the garment RRP.

This damage wavier is non-refundable.
If you cancel your order, you will be given the store credit which includes the the damage protection fee.
