Delivery Method

When booking your rental please book for one day before your event for the start date. For example if your event is on the Saturday please book for the Friday. This calendar system takes into account for postage time. Your return date is the next following working day after your event.

Please select the exact date of your event. The return date is the following day after your event. Rental extensions are available if requested prior to pick up.

Accidental Damage Protection

Our accidental damage protection is available for all rentals.
By selecting this protection option, you're covering any accidental damage that has occurred to the garment during your period of hireage up to $120.

This damage protection does not cover the replacement cost of a garment, late fees or lost item. For example, if there is major tear not on the seam, nail polish and/or major pulling. You will be charged the replacement cost.

This accidental damage protection fee covers a repair or specialist cleaning cost up to $120 worth.

The damage protection cost is based off a percentage of the garment RRP.

This damage wavier is non-refundable.
If you cancel your order, you will be given the store credit which includes the the damage protection fee.

Your event starts from the moment your guest arrives, a welcome sign for events can be a fantastic way to enhance your event's visibility and branding. We are now offering this beautiful stand-up sign, perfect for 21st birthdays, business events, baby showers, weddings, birthdays, or balls!

How does it work?

Please book for the exact date of your event (you'll be able to pick it up a few days earlier).

Once you book the sign through our website, we will send you an email where you can let us know the colour, style, and text you would like on the sign.

Vinyl Color Options:

Black, Blue, Pink, Silver, and Gold

(On request, we may be able to accommodate other colours.)

Font:

We have a variety of fonts to offer! Just let us know the vibe or theme of your event, and we can help you find the perfect match.

Flowers:

When you collect the sign, we will provide you with a bunch of fake flowers, and the base will have bricks of floral foam. We also recommend that you buy some real flowers to stick into the foam on the day. (All these photos have a combination of real and fake flowers.)

Back of the sign:

The back of the sign is completely white. But upon request, for an extra charge, we can add some text, or it can be a great place to add some photos.
